About Your New Job
As the Project Manager, you will oversee the implementation and delivery of our client's products and services to clients across various industries. You will collaborate with clients and sales teams to define project scope, drive product development, and ensure end-to-end delivery.
* Oversee project scope, track progress, and make decisions to drive the project forward. Ensure adherence to scope, timelines, and budget.
* Collaborate with the Head of Project Management for reporting, resource allocation, budgeting, and expense tracking to improve cost-effectiveness.
* Set and track project goals using Agile principles. Develop a self-organizing, cross-functional Scrum team and lead Agile ceremonies.
What Skills You Need:
* Minimum 2+ years proven record in delivering mid-to-large scale projects on time, within scope, and on budget, across diverse industries.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project goals.
* Strong skills in managing stakeholder expectations, resolving conflicts, and making data-driven decisions to address project challenges.
