Process Improvement Specialist
This is a long-term contract for the right candidate.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges, processes, and opportunities.
* Conduct root cause analysis and gather requirements to inform process redesign.
* Apply Lean principles and tools (value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S) to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
* Develop strategic plans and present recommendations for process improvements.
* Track, measure, and report on the impact of improvement initiatives.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
* Act as a bridge between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
