Group Financial Controller Technology Position Description Outstanding opportunity for an ambitious finance executive to join the finance team of a fast-growing Dublin-based technology business, as it continues its journey on an aggressive international market expansion strategy. Having recently taken on PE funding, the business is well geared up for growth and development and is now looking to hire a first-rate Group Financial Controller to support the CFO during the next phase of growth. Role will involve: Overseeing the preparation and review of local and group financial accounts, including Month-end and BS recs. Leading financial reporting processes, including preparation of monthly reporting packs, forecasting and budgeting, investor and stakeholder reporting Process improvement Managing and supporting group finance teams across international locations Managing year-end audit processes and statutory financial statements Overseeing global corporate tax compliance and fillings Assistingwith company secretarial responsibilities ERP system improvements, including system add-ons and facilitating training for finance team members Acquisitionintegrations, and ad-hoc project work Leading and developing a small team Candidate Background Ideal candidate will have the following background: A first-rate professionally trained Qualified Accountant with high-energy levels and the ability to thrive in PE, high growth environment Min 10 years PQE within a rapidly growing business Commercial savvy with strong interpersonal and communication skills Our Client Our client is a fast-growing, highly successful Irish technology business with an exemplary track record to date, and exciting growth and development plans for 2025 and beyond.
