You will ensure your projects meet their budgetary objectives, and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.Requirements:Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Engineering/Construction ManagementMinimum 7+ years' experience neededTrack-record in leading teams in client-facing rolesExposure to establishing PEP's for large-scale projectsPrevious experience in Close-out of project and associated DocumentationExperience in coordinating development budgets for Client approvalExposure to Irish Contract AdminMust be able to demonstrate an ability to immediately fulfil the duties of the roleThe Package:Competitive salary, along with discretionary bonus, pension, 25 days' Annual Leave, and other benefits.
