Job Overview
We are Citco, a leading provider of alternative asset and fund administration services. Since our founding in 1948, we have grown to serve hedge funds, corporations, and private clients across all alternatives. Our Data Operations Counterparty Management Team Lead will spearhead automation initiatives, oversee data feed management, and partner with Citco Technology to develop internal tools that improve automation, data accuracy, and self‑service for our operations.

Responsibilities
* Lead the Counterparty Management group, managing inbound broker and banking data feeds.
* Drive automation initiatives and build scalable data processing systems using ETL tools.
* Ensure data accuracy, timely delivery, and the use of best‑in‑class data from counterparties.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, counterparties, and internal stakeholders.
* Mentor and develop team talent, conduct performance reviews, and manage workload distribution.
* Collaborate with Citco Technology to analyze, develop, and enhance internal automation tools.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives for processes, quality standards, and team KPIs.
* Act as escalation point for data content discrepancies and coordinate external interactions as needed.
Qualifications
* Essential: Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Business or related field.
* 3‑5 years of financial services experience, preferably in data operations.
* Excellent problem‑solving abilities and leadership experience or potential.
* Experience with data file management and ETL/Data Load processes (desired).
* SQL knowledge and any automation experience (desired).
