Job Description:
This role involves providing exceptional support and care to individuals in need. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations, and working autonomously to deliver high-quality services.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with autism and possess a strong background in health or social care. A degree in Social or Health Care (minimum level 7) is required, along with a proven track record of managing residential services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take the lead on shift when on duty in the service.
* Participate in the provision of direct care to individuals, following established care plans, protocols, and procedures.
* Assist in assessing the needs of individuals under care and developing individualised care plans.
* Ensure the implementation of appropriate care interventions and monitor the progress and outcomes of care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care.
* A relevant degree (minimum level 7) in Social or Health Care.
* A Level 6 Management qualification.
* A proven track record of managing a residential service which meets quality, regulatory/legislative requirements.
