Senior Service Now User Adoption & Enablement Consultant
6 month Contract | €600 per day (€101k annual equivalent) | Hybrid Dublin
A global enterprise software platform is seeking an experienced Senior User Adoption & Enablement Consultant to support large-scale customer transformation initiatives.
This is a highly client-facing role focused on driving adoption, training effectiveness, and measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers using the Service Now platform.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end user adoption engagements from pre-sales through delivery
Design and deliver tailored training and adoption strategies for enterprise customers
Advise stakeholders on optimal learning solutions and adoption approaches
Create high-quality learning assets (ILT, e Learning, videos, job aids)
Facilitate workshops to align executives, process owners, and end users
Manage client relationships, risks, escalations, and delivery plans
Deliver training to audiences ranging from executives to operational users
What We're Looking For
8+ years leading enterprise user adoption or change enablement programmes
Strong client-facing consulting background with minimal oversight
Hands-on experience with Service Now or similar enterprise platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
Proven ability to deliver under tight timelines in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
Service Now certifications or platform experience
French language skills
Experience delivering training across multiple formats and audiences
