We are seeking an experienced Family Law Legal Executive to join our dynamic team.
This is a part-time position offering the opportunity to work in a client-focused environment with a strong approach. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience handling family law matters and be able to manage their own caseload effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse range of family law cases including divorce, child custody, separation, and maintenance cases from start to finish.
* Provide clear and concise advice to clients ensuring their needs are understood and met with professionalism and empathy.
* Draft legal documents such as pleadings affidavits etc.
Required Skills And Qualifications
* A minimum of 6 years' experience working as a Family Law Legal Executive or similar capacity required. Excellent knowledge of family law principles particularly relating divorce separation child custody maintenance highly desirable.
