Brand and Marketing Manager Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing As our client, a luxury 5 star hotel based in Leinster, embarks on an exciting new chapter including the refurbishment of one of their key establishments and the rollout of a wider estate master plan we are seeking a dynamic, commercially minded Brand and Marketing Manager to lead the storytelling and positioning of the estate across all channels.
This role combines strategy with execution and will play a central role in elevating the estates profile nationally and internationally, while managing day-to-day marketing outputs and agency relationships.

Define our positioning within the Irish and international luxury market, identifying opportunities to enhance our brand story and perception.
Campaign & Content Strategy Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning, including seasonal campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
Create compelling, commercially driven campaign concepts across all business segments (Leisure, Dining, Spa, Weddings, Golf, Corporate, Events).
Develop and manage a rolling content calendar to support storytelling, including social, blog, email, PR, and partnerships.
Digital Marketing & Performance Oversight Oversee website content strategy and performance for both the vanity website and Marriott narrative site in collaboration with digital agency, Marriott, and internal revenue teams.
Monitor digital KPIs including SEO, PPC, display and social ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
Manage performance reporting in collaboration with digital and revenue teams to ensure transparency and accountability.
Social Media & Content Creation Create engaging content for all social channels, bringing the estates unique experience and voice to life.
Write and edit blog articles, web content, campaign copy and social captions that align with brand tone and messaging.
Work closely with design agency on campaign assets and creative execution.
Agency & Partner Management Act as the estates lead marketing contact for digital, PR, and design agencies, managing timelines, briefs, budgets and performance outputs.
Liaise with Marriott Communications and COOE teams for PR opportunities related to the Manor House relaunch and estate developments.
Represent the estate at marketing meetings and trade events, as needed.
Brand Stewardship & Internal Alignment Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written touchpoints.
Collaborate with department heads to align marketing activity with estate priorities (hospitality, operations, events, etc.).
Support the DOSM and Commercial Director in business reporting and strategy reviews.
Experience & Skills Required Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within luxury hospitality, destination or lifestyle brands.
Proven track record in building and executing marketing strategies that drive commercial results.
Strong digital knowledge including SEO, website management, paid media, and performance reporting.
Exceptional copywriting and content creation ability, with a passion for storytelling.
Experience managing multiple agencies and delivering integrated campaign plans.
Commercially driven with an analytical mindset and ability to report on ROI.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
