Office Administrator required for busy CVRT Test Centre and Workshop.
Duties
* Processing documents, managing accounts, invoicing, processing payments, collecting payments and maintaining records.
* Operate as first points of contact, answering phone, checking and sending mail and emails.
* Making booking for customer tests.
* General office duties.
Skills
* Good communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential-needs to work as part of a team.
* Good customer skills and attention to detail is an essential part of the job.
