O'Brien's Interiors is a family owned stylish interiors and furniture retailer known for quality products and exceptional customer service. We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team and help customers create beautiful homes.
Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist customers, providing knowledgeable and friendly service
* Prepare accurate quotations and handle sales transactions
* Maintain a strong knowledge of products, materials, and pricing
* Create attractive and well-presented in-store displays
* Ensure the shop floor is tidy, organised, and visually appealing
* Respond to customer enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
Requirements:
* Fluent spoken and written English
* Numeracy skills and attention to detail
* Previous experience in retail, ideally in furniture, interiors, or homeware
* Confident communicator with a proactive, customer-focused attitude
* Creative eye for display and product presentation
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
