About This Role
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong pre-construction experience to lead on key responsibilities including managing the mechanical pre-construction process from concept stage through to finalised design. The successful candidate will engage early with clients and design teams to clarify scope, identify risks and define project priorities.
The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of HVAC, chilled water, hot water, pump systems air handling units and mission-critical mechanical design principles. Strong communication skills are also essential as you will be working closely with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation. -----------------------------------
