Offer description

Suretank is the leading provider of modular and tank solutions for global infrastructure, pharma, marine, and energy companies, announcing the expansion of its bursary programme to include two additional bursaries each year to support the next generation of engineering talent. The bursary programme providing support for 3 DKIT engineering students has now been named The Tom Moody Programme for Engineering Talent, a reflection of the legacy left by Suretank's General Manager, Tom Moody, who passed away earlier this year.

The Tom Moody Programme for Engineering Talent is a Suretank initiative designed to provide not only financial support but also mentorship to students and paid work placement and summer work to the recipients who are pursuing degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, and Architectural Technology.

The successful recipient of the Tom Moody Programme for Engineering Talent will be awarded an annual financial payment to assist them in their 3rd and 4th year of studies at Dundalk Institute of Technology (DKIT). This programme not only alleviates financial barriers but also offers students the opportunity to build connections within the industry, potentially opening doors for future employment opportunities with Suretank.
