As we advance an ambitious programme of service development, including the expansion of acute capacity and community-based care, we are seeking a senior nursing leader to help shape the next phase of our growth.Purpose of the roleThe Director of Nursing Mental Health is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.This position provides both strategic and operational leadership for nursing services within Highfield Healthcares mental health services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, optimising resource utilisation, and delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.The Director is a lead member of the Clinical Governance Committee.
