IT Field Service EngineerDaily North Wexford based site visitsMandatory Requirements:4+ experience in a similar role.Hold relevant IT qualifications.Full clean driving licence and your own transport.Key Deliverables:Support and troubleshoot all of our clients environments, as directed.Liaise with contracted support companies to support the environment where necessary.Carry out work to enhance the environment as directed by our client or contracted third parties.Advise on technical issues relating to the environment, its maintenance and enhancement.Document all issues as they arise and solutions when resolved using in-house Helpdesk Application.Complete work at each site in the order as directed and complete the necessary reporting each day.Manage and maintain the in-house IT Helpdesk system.Competencies & Skillsets:your CV must clearly and comprehensively demonstrate your experience with the following:Providing Level 1 & 2 ICT supportSupporting end user hardware/software problems, which could not be either carried out, resolved or sufficiently diagnosed by Helpdesk or other infrastructure remote teamsDeploying, supporting, troubleshooting issues and resolving issues with common IT devices including PCs, Laptops, Servers Network devices, tablet PC's, data projectors, interactive projectors, interactive whiteboards and visualizersMicrosoft Infrastructure: At least 2 years’ experience with Windows Server and Active DirectoryWindows 10 and 11Office suite and Office 365Microsoft virtualization technologies for desktops and applicationsEnd user device securityPerforming network troubleshooting(Additional information is available on successful application)Ref: EET7386—oOo—If you are interested in applying for this role, please do so via the relevant link.
