The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity now exists for an
experienced Development Manager – New Homes
to join a high-performing and respected team.
Reporting to the Heads of Department, you will play a key role in
managing new home developments from inception to completion
, driving sales performance, and maintaining strong client partnerships.
This is a
client-facing, commercially focused role
where your strategic insight, leadership, and property expertise will directly influence the success of major residential schemes across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed pricing and prepare accurate site valuations for new developments.
Deliver compelling presentations and contribute to successful new business pitches.
Collaborate with senior management to secure new instructions and expand the client base.
Oversee the delivery of new home schemes and support block sales activity.
Manage marketing campaigns for new schemes, coordinating with third-party providers.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with developers, funds, and institutional clients.
Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve sales and project objectives.
Provide expert input at all project stages — from planning to handover.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and market engagement.
Travel to development sites and attend off-site client meetings as required.
About You
PSRA Licence B
required.
IPAV or RICS/SCSI qualified.
Minimum
5–7 years' experience
in the property sector, ideally within New Homes or residential development.
Strong understanding of Irish property legislation, planning, and market dynamics.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation
skills.
Confident working in a
sales-driven, client-facing
environment.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaborative, proactive, and professional, with strong leadership skills.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
