Reporting to the CEO, this role has full accountability for accurate financial reporting, strong governance, and timely delivery of key finance processes. The position includes leadership of a team of finance professionals and close engagement with senior stakeholders.Key AccountabilitiesOwn and deliver the monthly close process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all accounting activitiesPrepare and present monthly financial reports and insights to senior leadershipProduce financial statements to support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cyclesEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policiesLead year-end close activities and manage external audit engagementOversee payroll operations and act as the main contact for payroll and finance-related HR mattersCoordinate statutory and indirect tax reporting in collaboration with Group teamsDrive continuous improvement across finance systems, processes, and reportingLeadershipManage, develop, and motivate a high-performing finance teamPromote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementExperience & SkillsEssentialDegree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldQualified accountant with at least 5 years' post-qualification experienceAdvanced Excel skills and strong technical accounting knowledgeProven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environmentDesirableExperience with SAP, Cognos, or similar enterprise systemsExposure to indirect tax compliance and payroll processesLocationNorth Dublin, with a minimum of three days per week on-site.
