In this hands-on strategic role you will lead regional teams while closely working with site leadership to ensure consistent high-performance culture at scale, Candidates must have Proven Experience As A Hr/People Business partner In Fast Paced Multi Site Or Project Based Environment Strong Working Knowledge Of Employment Law And Best Practices Confident Supporting Change Growth And Site Mobilisation Strong Stakeholder Management Influencing Skills Comfortable Working Autonomously While Collaborating With Wider Peoples Talent Team Highly Organised With Strong Reporting Analytical Capability Desirable CIPD Qualification Experience In Construction Engineering Manufacturing Renewables Or Similar Sectors Exposure To Hraorganisational Design Initiatives.
