Vickerstock HSEQ Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to oversee workplace activities and ensure employee adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement Health & Safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
* Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and training sessions to maintain a safe working environment.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety documentation, ISO standards, and industry regulations.
* Lead the Health & Safety function, enforcing Safe Working Practices across the company.
* Coordinate and manage Safety Audits, systems, and reporting.
* Maintain relevant documentation, including induction and training records.
* Identify and address ongoing HSQE training needs.
* Oversee and maintain HSEQ-related IT systems and reporting.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in a similar H&S management role.
* Relevant Health and Safety qualifications.
* Experience with ISO standards and auditing.
* People management skills.
* Report writing and communication skills.
* IT and numeracy skills (MS Office).
Desirable Qualifications:
* Experience within the Environmental, Construction, or Utilities industries.
* IOSH Membership.
* NEBOSH Diploma.
