Job Title:
R&D Project Manager
This role involves leading a team of R&D engineers in multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery and quality documentation. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in Medical Device R&D, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multi-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Core Business Initiatives: Identifying, evaluating, and resourcing projects required to support current product portfolios.
* Project Management: Planning, scheduling, documenting, and initiating activities to execute R&D work.
* People Leadership: Providing overall direction to associates within the research and development group, controlling organization growth, and resource planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Third Level Degree (Hon) in Mechanical/Engineering/Science
* Commercial experience in R&D (Medical Device Industry)
* Strong Project Management experience in Medical Devices or other regulated industries
* Proven ability to manage and lead multi-functional teams
* Knowledge and experience of Hydrophilic Coating
