LSC have a great contract opportunity for a EOHSS Advisor (Environmental, Occupational Health, Safety & Sustainability) to join a Dublin based Biopharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering, developing, and delivering innovative medicines that can help patients overcome serious diseases and improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Implement the company's health, safety, quality and environmental policy, procedures and management systems, and apply corporate standards. Advise the project team on site on how best to comply with legislation and company procedures Promote a positive Health and Safety culture on site with Project Management, Sub-contractors and direct staff, with an ability to motivate and encourage towards set goals Develop, maintain and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team Ensure the duties of PSCS are being fulfilled by appointed contractors Monitor EOHSS compliance on site generating weekly inspections & reports Liaise with Onsite Project team, and design team as required. Duties & Requirements You should have a recognised Health & Safety qualification Experience in an EOHSS role Previous experience within the Bio-Pharmaceutical industry is an advantage Must have experience working with a PSCS contractor. Excellent IT skills and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability and willingness to work on own initiative but also capable of working as part of a team Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment. Ability to demonstrate building strong working relationships & stakeholder management. Note: Are you currently eligible to work in Ireland?
