Job Title: HR Co-Ordinator (12-Month Fixed Term)
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Co-Ordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis, covering a period of extended leave. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career in a growing and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts, offer letters, and reference checks.
2. Manage and maintain accurate employee data and HR files.
3. Support probation reviews, contract changes, and employee exit procedures.
4. Assist with recruitment administration such as posting job adverts, liaising with agencies, and scheduling interviews.
5. Prepare new starter packs and coordinate induction schedules.
6. Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, escalating as needed.
7. Maintain HR trackers and produce basic reports.
8. Take minutes during HR meetings when required.
9. Support employee relations administration and reward initiatives.
10. Assist with company communications and employee engagement activities.
11. Provide general administrative support to the HR team and management.
12. Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
Skills & Experience:
13. Previous experience in an HR Administrator, Co-ordinator, or Generalist role preferred.
14. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
15. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
16. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
17. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
18. Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
This role may require occasional travel between sites.
