The Role
You will combine business development and executive search responsibilities in an international environment.
You will:
Develop business opportunities across Ireland and Europe, building your own client portfolio
Engage with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs
Lead executive search assignments from A to Z
Identify and approach candidates internationally
Manage client relationships in a demanding environment
Your Profile
Master’s degree (Business School or equivalent)
First experience in business development and/or recruitment is a strong plus
Strong interest in international business and client-facing roles
Ambition to grow within an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment
