With a commitment to excellence and a culture that supports professional growth, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a business that values high standards and operational integrity.Your new roleAs a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the Quality Department to maintain compliance with key certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IECEx. You will create, implement, and review quality documentation such as Quality Standards, Quality Plans, Inspection Instructions and Calibration Instructions.You will support Goods Inwards Inspection processes, maintain FAI and PPAP activities, and manage systems for customer concessions, deviations, and problem reports. You will also collect and maintain product compliance records (RoHS, REACH, PFAS), review quality metrics and KPIs, and contribute to corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.A significant part of your role will involve leading structured problem‑solving activities, including 8D investigations, and acting as a key point of contact for customer quality queries.
