Project Manager Role
The role of Project Manager will focus on delivering engineering projects efficiently, effectively and safely in accordance with project goals, quality objectives and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure successful project execution.
* Lead, support and participate in commissioning and qualification activities for both current and future projects.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and influencing management decisions as necessary.
* Coordinate specialist trades and departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and interfaces.
* Manage project documentation, tracking progress and auditing actual costs.
* Estimate costs accurately, forecasting and updating project budgets accordingly.
* Manage project schedules, monitoring progress and anticipating potential issues.
* Report project progress regularly, highlighting risks and opportunities.
* Conduct constructability, maintainability and operability studies, identifying areas for improvement.
* Manage project resources, including personnel and third-party services.
* Assess the condition of systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
* Organize and coordinate project meetings, facilitating open communication and collaboration.
* Provide training and development opportunities as required, promoting knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
* Conduct retrospective project reviews, analyzing lessons learned and improving future performance.
* Participate in and lead cross-functional teams as necessary, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
* Proven experience in project management, preferably in an engineering context.
* Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
