In this role the candidate will be responsible for performing calibration functions on all testing and measuring equipment throughout all areas of the manufacturing operations. This position impacts upon the accuracy of the company's measurement and process equipment, subsequent product quality, and is essential to meeting Quality Systems Requirements and other compliance requirements. The Calibration Engineer performs precise calibrations per written procedures on measuring and testing equipment, tools, gauges, and fixtures as defined by the calibration schedule. On equipment that cannot be maintained internally, coordinates the calibration with an approved certified/accredited calibration vendor. Maintains clear and concise records to facilitate timely problem identification, development of department procedures, and to comply with internal and external regulations.
Main purpose of the role:
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting the monthly sales and operations planning process, Inventory Management process, and on-going continuous improvement activities with Supply chain management that require data capturing, analysis and presentation.
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for work order management.
• Contributing to Exception Reports that pertain to the Supply Chain Department.
• iDocs monitoring and processing them as required also analyse root cause and solve.
• Supports SAP as the primary management system for inventory reporting Supply management.
• Contributing to the continued improvement of the plants Environmental, Health and Safety Performance.
• Work closely with planners, Review and follow-up on Order closer in time, ensuring inventory levels are accurate and discrepancies are identified between both SAP and MES/POMS system.
• Perform check on Production confirmations, Ensure they are completed in time to report to Finance.
• Review SAP Master data regularly and highlighted any discrepancies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Level 7 NFQ qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- SAP knowledge is a requirement.
- ERP system experience is an advantage.
