We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a part-time Office Administrator and HR Support Specialist in Cork. This exciting opportunity will involve handling daily HR queries, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with company accounts management.
About the Role:
* Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and requests from employees.
* Maintain up-to-date and compliant HR files, including timesheets, hours worked, holiday and sick leave records.
* Support general office administration and assist the accounting team with financial administration.
* Manage petty cash expenditure and reconcile receipts with company bank records.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in office administration, HR support, or accounting is desired.
