Customer Service Manager – Team of 10 (Onsite, Dublin West)

The ideal person will bring strong leadership, structure, and positivity to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
This role would suit an experienced Customer Service Manager or an ambitious Team Lead / Supervisor ready to step up.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 10 customer service staff to deliver exceptional service.
Manage day-to-day operations and oversee high-volume workflows efficiently.
Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring performance targets and SLAs are achieved.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and customer engagement.
Support recruitment, onboarding and training to maintain strong team capability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics and Finance teams.
Prepare regular performance insights and updates for senior management.
Skills & Experience Required
5+ years' experience in customer service management or team leadership within a busy, fast-moving environment.
Proven people-management, performance development and process improvement skills.
Strong communicator with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
Background in logistics, utilities, facilities management, construction, manufacturing or FMCG sectors preferred.
Confident working with CRM or ERP systems and data-driven reporting.
Energetic, adaptable and passionate about delivering excellent service.
