We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-focused Production Scheduler to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining production control processes aligned with business objectives and quality standards. This includes assisting in the upkeep and coordination of production scheduling systems, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the development and implementation of production schedules to meet business goals
* Collaborating with leadership to monitor and identify trends or issues requiring escalation or intervention
* Facilitating cross-functional communication during the rollout of process improvements
* Supporting Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) activities, including forecast entry, sales order updates, and technical specification changes
* Liaising with customers and suppliers, including participation in global coordination meetings
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Previous experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment is essential, along with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
