HireForce is proud to partner with one of Ireland’s most prominent PLCs to recruit a Corporate Finance Executive for their high-performing Group Corporate Development team. This isn't just a "finance role"—it is a front-row seat to the Group’s global acquisition and corporate development strategy.
You will work directly with senior Group and divisional leadership, acting as a key driver in the deals that shape the company’s future.

Key Responsibilities
Deal Execution: Review, evaluate, and execute M&A and corporate development opportunities globally.
Strategic Modeling: Build and stress-test complex financial models to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
End-to-End Project Management: Take ownership of the transaction lifecycle—from initial assessment and due diligence (financial, commercial, legal) through to closing.
Stakeholder Influence: Coordinate high-level internal stakeholders and manage external advisors (Legal, Tax, Financial) to ensure first-class execution.
Negotiation Support: Review and contribute to the negotiation of key transaction documentation.
The Candidate
Qualification: Recently Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with 0–2 years PQE.
Background: Trained within Transaction Services (TS) or Corporate Finance in a Big 4 or Top 6 firm.
Academic Excellence: A strong academic track record and a sharp commercial "lens.
Drive: The ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
Competitive remuneration package will depend on experience.
