Theatre Operations Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Theatre Operations Manager to lead and manage our Theatre Department. The successful candidate will provide operational leadership, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strong clinical and managerial leadership to theatre nursing and support staff.
* Oversee the effective daily operation of theatre services, ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care.
Theatres Operations Manager must be able to drive continuous quality improvement, audit processes, and evidence-based practice. They should also support staff development through mentorship, education, performance management, and workforce planning.
A senior perioperative/acute leadership role with a minimum of 5 years post-registration experience is required for this position. A recognised management or leadership qualification is desirable as well as demonstrated experience managing theatre services, staff resources & clinical performance.
A strong communication skill in combination with organisational & decision-making skills is essential for success in this position.
