Procurement Business Partner – Contract Management

Are you a procurement professional with a strong track record in contract and supplier management? One of Ireland’s most impactful not-for-profit organisations is looking to appoint a Procurement Business Partner to strengthen its procurement function and ensure best-in-class service delivery across the organisation.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering fully remote working within the Republic of Ireland. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing the organisation’s Contract Register, driving supplier performance, and supporting procurement activities that contribute to long-term sustainability and value for money.
The Role:
* Oversee the central Contract Register, ensuring accurate records, timely renewals, and compliance.
* Support the implementation of contract lifecycle and supplier performance frameworks.
* Collaborate with departments to understand procurement needs and lead on sourcing and tendering processes.
* Help prepare and evaluate tenders in line with public procurement guidelines.
* Promote procurement best practices and ensure alignment with compliance standards.
* Generate procurement reports, risk assessments, and cost-saving insights.
* Contribute to internal training and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
* Demonstrable experience managing high-value contracts and suppliers across a variety of categories.
* Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of public procurement practices and platforms (e-Tenders and OGP experience is an advantage).
* Relevant Level 8 qualification is essential; a qualification in public procurement is desirable.
* Experience in a charity, public, or regulated environment is preferred.
* A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.
