Job Role
We are seeking a Program Specialist - Academic Partnerships to execute our strategy with global public and private Higher Education institutions for external consumer talent. Our goal is to close the opportunity gap by preparing learners for careers shaped by continuous technological change and the need for digital skills.
This role involves:
* Elevating the value proposition of our Academic Partnership Program.
* Executing the strategy and management of international university partnerships in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
* Managing the international partnership process requirements for assigned institutions: researching needs, securing executive sponsorship, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
* Collaborating closely with university management teams and professors.
* Serving as a trusted advisor and guide through the Academic Partnership onboarding process.
* Supervising the Academic Partnership Program life cycle (Student enrollment, Student learning completion).
* Troubleshooting issues with rosters, enrollment, training instance, labs, certification vouchers etc.
* Reporting on assessment and health of assigned academic partnership relationships including KPIs.
* Maintaining metrics, dashboard, data analysis.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of experience in program or business management.
* Experience working across cultures and running global programs.
* A commitment to justice, inclusivity, and equity.
* The ability to accept feedback graciously and integrate it into system/process improvement.
* A high degree of autonomy, versatility, personal initiative, intrinsic motivation, and self-management skills.
* Experience working collaboratively and effectively on diverse teams or with a diverse range of people.
* Knowledge of and/or ability to interface with U.S. and international academic institutions and their cultures.
* A high level of flexibility, creativity, and dependability.
* Experience incorporating measurement and assessments into programs.
* Effective networking and cross-functional connectivity skills.
