Client Profile: Distribution Our client have recently experienced a period of growth and are seeking to strengthen their finance team with the addition of a Financial Controller to manage all aspects of financial reporting and day to day operations of the team. Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will be responsible for documenting and refining scalable processes and procedures, along with a project to integrate and streamline various ERP systems in place. Position: Financial Controller This is a hands on role producing the monthly management pack and leading the operational Finance team. Duties will include: Lead and develop Finance team Monthly management accounts production and consolidation Review and improve internal controls Internal and external audit management Bank account management and cashflow forecasting Year-end annual accounts and liaison with auditors Ad hoc reporting as required Projects for streamlining and improving processes Review and improve systems in place Document policies and procedures Candidate Profile: Qualified Accountant with similar experience, ideally within the construction sector Experience of leading and developing Finance team Excellent communication skills Experienced in the use of finance ERP systems Interested in this position?
