In this role, you will be responsible for championing a world-class customer experience, tracking and reporting real-time project metrics, and ensuring continuous improvement initiatives are data-driven and impactful. You will also take the lead in organizing and managing key events tied to our activity, bringing energy, coordination, and precision to every touchpoint.

Key areas of responsibility include:

1. Developing, designing, and establishing reporting standards, preparing a variety of reports covering project portfolio status, resource planning, and other management reports.
">
2. Providing summary reports and metrics to monitor the performance and efficiency of R&D/NPD programs, ensuring overall portfolio execution is on target.
">
3. Measuring project portfolio performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to monitor progress, identify and quantify any variances, and communicate to the R&D leadership team.
">
4. Contributing to building, maintaining, and enhancing R&D systems, support tools, and resources, including the implementation of divisional and corporate web-based online and automated R&D portfolio, project, and resource management systems.

5. Providing support to BU, Functional, and Project leaders in developing and planning project schedules, assisting in the initiation, conducting, and coordinating of studies and analysis on resource allocation.

6. Improving predictability and timeliness of all projects.
">
7. Ensuring monthly Resource meeting takes place, and data is accurate.
">
8. Providing real value to functional, portfolio, and project leads through accurate real-time project metrics and reports.
">
9. Facilitating a productive and valuable monthly resource review for BU, Functional, and Project leaders.
">
10. Performing administrative and event planning duties and responsibilities, including providing administration support to Leadership Team members when required.

11. Facilitating meeting agendas and preparing meeting minutes.
">
12. Creating process letters, monthly highlights, progress reports, and other materials (e.g., charts, graphs, etc.).
">
13. Creating and compiling business reviews and other presentations on assigned topics or special projects as needed.
">
14. Communicating relevant, timely, exciting, fun, and inspirational information to all employees.
">
15. Office management – coordinating meeting planning, travel planning, event planning, and calendar management.
">
16. Organizing/Planning/Coordinating offsite and onsite events and other team-related activities.

17. Ensuring timely meeting agendas, travel arrangements, and logistics.

Requirements:
">
3rd Level qualification in continuous improvement, marketing, business studies, computer science, or equivalent.
">
2+ years of administrative and business/project support experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
">
Strong experience in project and event planning, with the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent tasks.
">
Certified training in project management is preferable.
">
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
">
Ability to prioritize work and maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential records.

Proficiency in desktop and web-based office software applications.

Strong technical writing skills for proposals, guidelines, and procedures.
">
Ability to develop and communicate detailed plans and proposals effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and ability to learn new software quickly.

Ability to understand and work within complex procedures and schedules.
