Key Responsibilities:
Manage technical personnel to optimize performance.
Develop leadership skills through mentoring/training and coaching.
Maintain accurate time and production records.
Ensure the technical team delivers high-quality service to maximize equipment effectiveness.
Apply structured problem-solving techniques to address issues and improve quality/output.
Communicate effectively to senior leadership on root causes, corrective actions, and preventative measures.
Lead maintenance and process/equipment issues across multiple areas.
Conduct performance excellence assessments and development plans for ongoing improvement.
Evaluate conformance with relevant policies and procedures.
Develop work instructions and operations procedures to ensure compliance.
Fault find and repair complex manufacturing equipment to component level.
Requirements:
NFQ level 7 qualification in a relevant field.
4+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
3+ years developing a team.
A strong multitasker.
An excellent communicator.
