Business Strategy Consultant Opportunity
This role offers the chance to work on requirements gathering, process improvement, and data analysis while shaping solutions that enhance efficiency across financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and analysis
* Create business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
* Analyse data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights
* Map current and future-state processes to identify improvements
* Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
* Support testing activities and document defects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous business analyst or similar experience
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word)
* Understanding of financial operations (e.g. settlements, reconciliations, payments)
* Awareness of Agile methodologies / ceremonies
