We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Improvement Director to drive the successful implementation of our business system across Europe plants.
Main Responsibilities
* Accelerate results in quality, delivery, and inventory control by leveraging business process tools, mentoring, and change management expertise.
* Lead the adoption and practices of business fundamentals throughout Europe plants in all functions.
* Develop and implement cost-saving projects to sustain kaizen results aligned with top-down objectives.
* Provide formal and informal training and coaching on business process improvement at the workplace.
Key Requirements
* Demonstrated experience as a subject matter expert in a biopharmaceutical operation.
* Ability to promote synergy among cross-functional teams and handle conflict effectively.
* Mastery of business process fundamentals and various lean tools.
