Site Operations Coordinator
A prestigious construction company seeks a skilled Site Operations Coordinator for a prominent housing development in Drogheda.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth delivery of site operations, maintaining project timelines, and guaranteeing technical accuracy.
Main Responsibilities:
* Set out and survey the site in accordance with current construction drawings and specifications.
* Maintain an overview of day-to-day site activities to ensure efficient project delivery.
* Collaborate with the site manager, subcontractors, and design team to address technical issues.
* Ensure that construction work adheres to design standards and regulatory requirements.
* Supervise quality control procedures and support health & safety compliance on site.
* Document site progress, technical details, and materials used.
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a site coordinator on housing projects.
* Proficiency in using GPS/Total Station equipment and Auto CAD.
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building regulations, and health & safety procedures.
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
* Full driving license required.
Benefits:
* Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 DOE.
