Description Manage and oversee financial control processes across the EU region.
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
Prepare, review, and present financial reports to senior management.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and strategy.
Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals remotely.
Work closely with external auditors during financial audits.
Profile Excellent communication and presentation abilities.6+ years in a senior finance leadership role (Financial Controller or equivalent).
Strong technical accounting background with solid US GAAP knowledge.
Experience managing multi‑entity, multi‑currency European operations.
Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle preferred).
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in dynamic environments.
