An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing Dublin-based firm with a strong pipeline of quality work and clear ambitions for continued expansion.
The firm is seeking a solicitor with 5–7 years' PQE to take the lead on its commercial property work, particularly commercial leasing and transactional matters. You’ll work directly with a varied and high-calibre client base and play a key role in shaping how the property practice evolves over the next few years.

You’ll be:
* A qualified solicitor with 5–7 years' solid commercial property experience
* Confident managing your own caseload and running transactions end-to-end
* Experienced in negotiating and drafting commercial leases
* Someone who enjoys client engagement and building relationships
