Job Title: Senior Sales Executive


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts in the Spanish and Portuguese markets.


As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.



About the Role:


* Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share in the Spanish and Portuguese markets.

* Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as expanding existing customer relationships or entering new markets.

* Build Strong Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers through regular communication, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

* Lead the Sales Team: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.


In addition to your sales experience, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.


You should also have a deep understanding of the advertising industry and its trends, as well as experience working with large teams and managing multiple priorities.



Requirements:


* 12+ years of experience in advertising sales or a related field.

* 7+ years of leadership and people management experience.

* Experience in sales coaching, mentoring, team leadership, and delivering business goals.

* Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.



Preferred Qualifications:


* Experience leading large teams that consist of multiple levels of management.

* Experience in driving commercial growth.

* Ability to investigate performance, develop actionable insights, and galvanise action to capture opportunities.

* Ability to develop and deliver a business strategy.

* Excellent problem-solving skills, and strategic and commercial acumen.
