Job Description – Site Manager
Project: Brand New Hospital
Location: Limerick
We are assisting a leading main contractor in the recruitment of an experienced Site Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career with an award winning contractor that has witnessed excellent growth over recent years.
As a Site Manager, you will:
Guide your site team throughout the project lifecycle
Liaise with clients and professional staff to report progress
Prepare site reports, designs, and drawings for architects and professional staff
Ensure all HSEQ, and other on-site policies and procedures are correctly followed
Key requirements:
Extensive experience with a main contractor or developer
Experience working on similar healthcare projects is preferable
Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft packages, as well as industry-specific software.
