Our client is seeking a Financial Accountant to join its expanding finance function. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing management accounts, supporting financial planning, and ensuring strong financial control across multiple entities gaining great exposure to Residential, Commercial and Hospitality construction projects.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reports.
* Oversee bank reconciliations, supplier payments, and cost allocation across business units.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management processes.
* Assist with year -end financial statements, audit preparation, and statutory compliance.
Requirements:
o Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with years' post -qualified experience.
o Strong financial reporting and management accounting skills.
o Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem -solving abilities.
o Proficiency in Sage or similar accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
