About the Role
As a key account professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and driving business growth for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-level account management services (e.g. strategic planning, relationship building, and issue resolution)
* Educate clients on product functionality and best practices
* Drive improvements in key performance metrics including customer satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth
* Manage compliance and regulatory documentation (e.g. data security and governance)
* Investigate and resolve complex client disputes, ensuring accurate documentation and communication
* Monitor and manage completion of low-complexity service requests
* Drive resolution of high-complexity service issues by coordinating with internal teams: sales, marketing, customer service, and operations
