**Job Title:** Site Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction projects and teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the design process, ensuring all aspects meet client requirements.
2. Supervise construction, guaranteeing work is completed in line with specifications.
3. Attend meetings with clients, stakeholders, and team members to discuss project progress.
4. Line manage a team of engineers and project staff, providing coaching and mentoring opportunities.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 7 years postgraduate experience, with at least 5 years in a consultancy environment.
* Qualifications: Educated to degree level (Level 8/9 Engineering Degree).
* Skills: Experience in multi-disciplinary building projects, civil engineering, construction management, finance management, BOQ residential construction.
