* To lead and oversee all bar operations within a busy hotel environment, managing day-to-day activities across multiple bar areas.
* To manage and motivate a team of 15-20 staff members, with autonomy over creating and implementing staff rotas.
* Maintain high levels of customer service product knowledge presentation standards throughout the bars.
