Warehouse Manager - Cork

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout of new warehouse storage automation systems, integrating both physical and digital technologies
- Drive technological improvements within the warehouse, with a focus on enhancing Warehouse Management System (WMS) capabilities
- Deliver weekly operational and performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and improvement areas
- Manage and motivate a large warehouse team, promoting high standards and achieving operational objectives
- Oversee the smooth running of day-to-day warehouse activities, identifying and implementing process improvements
- Conduct regular operational reviews and manage KPIs to drive ongoing performance enhancement
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse operations management
- Proven track record in leading automation projects and large-scale capital initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management
- Expertise in strategic planning, inventory control, and warehouse process optimisation
- Proficient in ERP systems with experience in digital systems integration
