Property Conveyancing Expert Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Conveyancing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property law, conveyancing procedures and experience working with solicitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to solicitors in the preparation of property transactions.
* Preparing first drafts of contracts and title packs.
* Issuing contract packs and dealing with pre-contract enquiries.
* Coordinating the exchange of contracts and completion of property transactions.
* Liaising with clients and third-party solicitors as required.
* Assisting with project work, including gathering and managing bulk information.
* Conducting legal research on cases as assigned.
* Managing or assisting in the preparation and collation of due diligence reports and trackers.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years recent conveyancing/property experience within a property environment.
* Good project management skills.
* Ability to use Excel and SharePoint.
* Understanding of real estate practices.
* Ability to work in a demanding environment and handle deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of motivation and ability to act on own initiative.
