Remote IT Technician
to join our global support team — providing high-quality technical assistance, troubleshooting, and system maintenance to ensure smooth IT operations.
What You'll Do:
* Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
* Diagnose and resolve IT problems efficiently through chat, email, or remote tools
* Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, user accounts, and applications
* Monitor system performance, updates, and backups
* Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding processes for remote employees
* Document issues, solutions, and configurations clearly for internal reference
* Ensure security best practices and data protection policies are followed
* Collaborate with IT teams to improve overall system reliability and support workflows
What We're Looking For:
* 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical troubleshooting
* Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and network fundamentals
* Familiarity with remote access and ticketing tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Jira, Zendesk)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote environment
* Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or similar) are a plus
